Available in all sizes are our open back scuffs and our closed back slippers. Depending on the use of the slipper, we always feel that more sheepskin is more comfortable. As sheepskin allows your feet to breathe, you will find that they will NOT smell or sweat. Perfect for the winter and the summer!

100% Natural Sheepskin, our makers have been working with sheepskin for over 25 years. The quality sheepskin to the quality finish, our slippers will not disappoint! Sheepskin is an amazing product, it allows your feet to breathe and hence control the temperature of your foot to a comfortable level. They will never get too hot to make you take them off!

Hand Made in Australia using only the best Sheepskin. Our makers have been in the business for over 25 years, so quality is at the forefront in all our products. We work very closely with our supplier to ensure the slippers you get are of the best standard and will do exactly what they are designed to do....be comfortable.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping Worldwide - Once dispatched please allow up to 3-14 working days. Depending on the destination and on the day the order was dispatched we are confident we will deliver well within this timeframe. Online tracking is available in some countries; please contact us for this information if required. DHL and is our preferred supplier for worldwide express delivery.

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

In most cases 24-48 hours for your item to be dispatched. If the item you purchase is a large size or large quantity delays might occur as we have to await the item to be delivered to us form our supplier. We take our customer service very seriously, and want to make your online shopping experience a great one. If you have any suggestions or feedback on how we can improve our service please email us.

Who will be delivering my order?

Depending your country of origin, we find that DHL will be the main carrier for delivery. However occasionally DHL uses Royail Mail (UK), USPS (USA) or the domestic postal services within your country. A signature on delivery and online tracking is also required/available in most countries.

Do you offer online tracking?

Yes we do! Depending on the carrier in your country. In most occasions we find that we can track your item via your postal services website or using DHL website. We try to minimise the shipping costs to ensure we can offer our products are a competitive price. We do ship to over 32 countries worldwide so shipping prices do vary. Often we has free shipping worldwide specials, so make the most of it when it is available.

How do you package my order?

For all orders containing 1-3 items, we use a very strong courier satchel which is tough and durable. We try to avoid using large bulky boxes to minimise the shipping costs for our customers. For larger oders we will be required to use a box to ensure all items fit safely in one parcel.

Can l return an item?

If your not happy with our product we are happy to process a refund less shipping and 15% re-packaging/stocking fee. Products which arrive with a defect/manufacturing fault are entitled to a replacement or refund less any shipping costs.

Can l exchange an item?

We are happy to offer an exchange for size/style/colour, please contact our customer service team to assist you.
